1. Introduction

Welcome to CYNOSURE TRAVELS & TOURS LIMITED (“Cynosure Travels,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, travel packages, consultations, bookings, tours, and all travel-related services provided by Cynosure Travels & Tours Limited.

By booking a service with us, accessing our website, or engaging our travel solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Contract Formation

A booking becomes confirmed once:

  • Payment is made (full or deposit as applicable), and
  • A booking confirmation or invoice is issued by Cynosure Travels.

The individual making the booking confirms that:

  • They are at least 18 years old
  • They have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all travelers included in the booking
  • All information provided is accurate and complete

Clients are advised to carefully review all booking confirmations, itineraries, invoices, travel details, and documents immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any errors or discrepancies.


3. Payments & Deposits

Booking Deposit

Certain travel services, tours, hotel reservations, or packages may require a non-refundable deposit to secure reservations. The required deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

Full Payment

Outstanding balances must be paid on or before the payment deadline communicated by Cynosure Travels.

Late Bookings

For bookings made close to departure dates, full payment may be required immediately.

Failure to Pay

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in:

  • Booking cancellation
  • Loss of reservation
  • Applicable cancellation charges
  • Loss of deposits already paid

Cynosure Travels reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings without prior notice.


4. Prices & Currency

All prices provided are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Exchange rate fluctuations
  • Airline fare changes
  • Supplier adjustments
  • Government taxes and charges

Prices are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued. Cynosure Travels reserves the right to adjust prices where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.


5. Cancellation & Changes by Client

Cancellation Requests

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on:

  • The service booked
  • Airline or hotel policies
  • Supplier terms
  • Timing of cancellation

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, where applicable, are subject to:

  • Supplier refund policies
  • Administrative charges
  • Processing fees
  • Applicable penalties

Certain services may be:

  • Non-refundable
  • Partially refundable
  • Subject to cancellation penalties

Booking Amendments

Requests for:

  • Name changes
  • Date changes
  • Destination changes
  • Itinerary modifications

may attract additional fees and are subject to availability and supplier approval.


6. Changes or Cancellation by Cynosure Travels

Cynosure Travels reserves the right to:

  • Modify itineraries
  • Change accommodations
  • Adjust schedules

  • Cancel bookings

where necessary due to operational, safety, legal, environmental, or unforeseen circumstances. Where significant changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to:

Force Majeure

Cynosure Travels shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, disruptions, or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Civil unrest
  • War
  • Terrorism
  • Airline disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Border closures
  • Industrial actions

7. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • Valid passports
  • Required visas
  • Travel permits
  • Vaccination certificates
  • Health documentation
  • Immigration requirements

Passports should generally have a minimum validity of six (6) months beyond intended travel dates unless otherwise stated by destination authorities.

While Cynosure Travels may provide visa advisory support, visa approvals remain entirely at the discretion of embassies and immigration authorities.

Cynosure Travels is not responsible for:

  • Visa refusals
  • Immigration denials
  • Missed flights due to documentation issues
  • Deportation
  • Entry restrictions imposed by authorities

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Clients are advised to obtain comprehensive insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellation
  • Personal accidents
  • Loss of baggage
  • Flight disruptions
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Personal liability

Cynosure Travels shall not be responsible for losses that could have been covered under a travel insurance policy.


9. Health, Safety & Conduct

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and activities included in their itinerary. Travelers should disclose any:

  • Medical conditions
  • Allergies
  • Disabilities
  • Accessibility needs
  • Special requirements

before travel arrangements are finalized.

Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Respect local laws and customs
  • Behave responsibly
  • Avoid disruptive or unlawful conduct

Cynosure Travels reserves the right to refuse, remove, or terminate participation in any service or tour where a traveler’s behavior:

  • Endangers others
  • Causes disruption
  • Violates laws
  • Damages property
  • Affects the comfort or safety of other travelers

Any resulting costs shall be borne by the traveler involved.


10. Third-Party Suppliers

Cynosure Travels works with independent third-party providers including:

  • Airlines
  • Hotels
  • Resorts
  • Transportation companies
  • Tour operators
  • Visa support providers
  • Tourism partners

These providers operate under their own terms and conditions.

While we strive to partner with reliable suppliers, Cynosure Travels shall not be held liable for:

caused directly by third-party providers.


11. Limitation of Liability

By participating in our services, clients grant Cynosure Travels permission to use such content for lawful marketing and promotional activities unless otherwise communicated in writing before participation.

Clients who prefer not to appear in promotional materials should notify us in advance.


13. Website Usage

By using our website, users agree not to:

  • Upload malicious content
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Interfere with website functionality

All website content including:

  • Logos
  • Graphics
